Intake Behavior: Rangeley allowed staff to collar, scan for a microchip and take pictures with no signa of aggression. Rangeley allowed staff to pick him up and had a loose body.

Reaction to assessor: Rangeley comes to the front and remains calm, relaxed, and friendly. Reaction when softly spoken to: Rangeley meows and rubs on the cage door. Reaction to cage door opening: Rangeley remains soft and relaxed. Reaction to touch: Rangeley head-butts, begins to purr, and leans on the assessor. He remains very affectionate throughout the interaction. Reaction to being picked up: Rangeley remains calm and allows handling. Behavior Determination: Beginner Rangeley interacts with the Assessor, solicits attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat can go to a beginner home.
