PINOT NOIR – A1048893
8-28-2015 Manhattan
*** GONE 08/28/15 *** TWO KITTENS, CABERNET AND SAUVIGNON, AND 2 YEAR OLD PINOT NOIR ARE THREE PALS WHO WERE FOUND DUMPED IN THE BRONX – AND LIKE THEIR OTHER PAL SHIRAZ FROM YESTERDAY’S LIST, IT IS THEIR TURN TO FACE THE EUTH TECH ON FRIDAY!! Sadly, these three absolutely gorgeous cats were dumped in the yard of someone in the Bronx. We can see easily by how beautiful and groomed they are that they were abandoned pets. CABERNET and SAUVIGNON are only 14 week old kittens. Sadly SAUVIGNON tested positive for FELV but since he is so young, a retest should be in order. CABERNET seems to have a heart murmur. Wonder if this is the reason the owner dumped them? PINOT NOIR is perfectly heatlhy. Both kittens allowed handling and got an EXPNOCHILD rating. PINOT NOIR sadly was punished with a NEW HOPE rating because he is older and more aware of the bad situation he is in. Their 4th buddy, SHIRAZ was on last night’s list and status is unknown. We cannot fathom why someone would abandon these beautiful animals like this. They are only afraid and if given the chance, will relax and be wonderful pets. PLEASE GIVE THESE CATS A CHANCE TO LIVE AND HAVE A FUREVER HOME. CONTACT A RESCUE NOW TO PULL THEM TO SAFETY. YOU WILL BE SO GLAD YOU DID!!

08/23/2015 PET PROFILE MEMO
08/23/15 11:50 Cabernet A1048890 is a young black & white DSH kitten, Sauvignon A1048891 is a young black DSH kitten, Pinot Noir A1048893 is a black medium haired feline & Shiraz A1048894 is a gray medium haired feline whom were found in the yard of the finder’s early this morning in the Bronx. The finder stated they believe someone dumped them onto their property. The finder is severely allergic to cats and had a couple of family members help them bring the cats into our BXAC. During intake Cabernet, Sauvignon, Pinot Noir & Shiraz allowed minimal handling. They were brought in a crate and were scanned for microchips (4 neg.). They attempted to flee when the door was opened. When handled from the crate to be transfered into our kennels they hissed & attempted to flee, bite/scratch. Once inside the kennels all retreated to the back and were attempting to make themselves hidden behind or in the litter box. Due to these behaviors we were able to take pictures inside the kennels but were unable to collar them.
