05/11/15 09:51 Patitsio (A1035913) was trapped in the finder’s backyard. According to the finder the neighborhood Cats like to use to his children’s sandbox as a litter box and Patitsio was trapped today and brought into our BXAC. Patitsio is nervous, attempts to hide, hissed and tries to flee. Due to his/her behavior we were unable to scan, collar or get very clear/good pictures of him/her.

Reaction to assessor: Patitsio looks tense in his cage when approached by the assessor. Reaction to door opening: Patitsio remains hiding in his cat den, alert with pupils fully dilated. Reaction to touch: Patitsio shows no interest with the touch and stiffens up in place. Placement determination: Experience / no child Patitsio tolerates attention and petting but may be fearful in the shelter, and may be intimidated by small children. Due to the behaviors seen in the care center, we feel that this cat will do best in a calm, quiet home with experienced cat parents and without children.
