Medical Summary Potential mammary tumors in the upper and lower ventral abdomen area. Potential mammary tumor is exposed and infectious on the lower abdomen Also potential build up fluid sac above the exposed area CRT= less then 2 seconds Brought into medical immedIately and told Dr. 0915 about the situation Moved into medical Eyes are clear. No discharge or cloudiness Ears are clean Nose=no discharge Teeth= Upper and lower Right K9 are missing. Possibly swollen gum were the upper right K9 should be. Dewormed with Pyrantel Flea Treatment= Activyl As of now no V/S/C/D Unable to determine if altered or unaltered due to location of the infectious site. Allowed handling and was very calm during initial BAR NOSF
