BEHAVIOR
Owner Profile: Mink was bought to the care center due to the previous owner moving. Mink lived with two adults and no children. The previous owner stated Mink was relaxed and respectful towards everyone in the household. They also stated Mink has never been around other animals so his behavior around them remains unknown. He is indoors only and activity level to a medium. Mink is described as friendly and quiet.
Notes: Mink at the time of the assessment was displaying calm behavior, comes to the front of the kennel, interacts with the Assessor, solicits attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. Mink is displaying behavior appropriate for a beginner cat owner.
Reaction to assessor: at the front of the cage eating
When spoken quietly: at the front of the cage eating, seem unbothered by me
Reaction to door cage opening: remains soft & relaxed
Reaction to touch: solicits petting and attention
Try picking cat up: allows all handling
