MICHI – A1057526
Safe 11-29-2015 Manhattan
**SAFE 11/29/15** Slept with dogs, lived with kiddos aged 3 and up, and check out these raving volunteer comments for MICHI! “A volunteer writes: This lovely senior-ita is looking forward to sharing her mature years with a loving family. I found her to be very friendly and affectionate, appreciating the attention I very much enjoyed giving to her. She also seems to enjoy a little sashaying around, showing off how beautiful and graceful she is and probably will be for quite some time. Come see if our bright eyed Michi is the diva of your dreams.” MICHI is a senior superstar who should be perfect for just about any home….but that perfection is going to be killed tomorrow, then slid into a black plastic freezer bag, unless a FOSTER or ADOPTER is found for her tonight!

Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Michi looks tense in her cage when approached by the assessor. Reaction to door opening: Michi remains crouched position, body held tightly, alert with eyes wide open. Reaction to touch: Michi accepts the stroke, but began to lip lick in place and slowly head-butts the assessor’s hand. However, she remains uncertain with her surroundings with eyes wandering around. Placement determination: Experience Michi tolerates attention and petting but may be fearful in the shelter. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents.
