Mark A1050080 – 1 yr male gray/white cat
Scan : negative
Sex: male
S/O: Suspect HBC, QAR, wound on medial aspect of RHL, had maggots in mutiple life stages. Moderately dehydrated, R leg coxofemoral luxation, confirmed via radiographs, closed reduction attempts were unsuccesful. Clear EENT, NOSF. Gave 100ml SQ fluids and 0.25ml buprenorphine SQ, 1 tablet Capstar for fleas and maggots.
A: Coxofemoral luxation, and wound
P: Continue buprenorphine, Clavamox
PROGNOSIS: FAIR
