Note: Margaery was brought in as a stray, so we cannot speak to her behavior in her previous home. She was very friendly and allowed all handling and petting upon intake. Reaction to assessor: Margaery remains calm and relaxed upon approach. She lifts her head up and meows when softly spoken to. Reaction to cage door opening: Margaery remains soft and relaxed. Reaction to touch: Margaery head-butts, leans on the assessor’s hand, and begins to purr. She kneads on her bedding, starts to drool, and continues to meow throughout the interaction. Reaction to being picked up: Margaery remains calm and allows handling. Behavior Determination: Beginner Margaeryinteracts with the Assessor, solicits attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat can go to a beginner home.
