MANJULA is taking just the opposite tack and trying to defend himself from this unwanted situation…MANJULA is NEW HOPE rated and will need a rescue pull. APU needs some socialization and is Experience rated. WHY NOT FOSTER BOTH AND SAVE TWO LIVES AT ONCE?? CONTACT A NEW HOPE RESCUE AND HELP THESE TWO ONE YEAR OLDS LIVE TO SEE ANOTHER DAY AND A HOME!!

Reaction to assessor: Manjula is hiding in his feral den. Reaction when softly spoken to: Manjula continues hiding in his feral den. Reaction to cage door opening: Manjula continues hiding in his feral den. Reaction to touch: Manula growls, hisses, and swats at the assessor’s hand. Behavior Determination: New Hope Only Manula is displaying behaviors that preclude placement in the adoptions room and/or may require further investigation before placement in a home. He has tried to swat, is extremely fearful in the shelter environment and does not currently tolerate petting or handling. The behavior department feels that placement with a New Hope Partner is the best option at this time.
