For a cold…..MAJOR TOM has an awesome AVERAGE rating and is only 4 months old!! He should be playing with some cat toys in someone’s home….not waiting to be killed at noon tomorrow!! 09/02/15 12:55 Litter Mates : Major Tom : A1050047 Midnight Star : A1050048 Major Tom and his litter mate were brought into ACC as stray cats today. Major Tom is a male black and white cat who appears healthy and will undergo a full physical health exam. Major Tom allowed himself to be transferred into a new carrier and also allowed himself to be photographed inside of his new carrier. When an attempt was made to collar him Major Tom became nervous retreating further into his carrier and also hissed and would not allow hiumself to be handled.

Notes: Major Tom was brought to the care center as a stray so we don’t have any behavioral history or tendencies previous to what we seeing during the evaluation. At the time of the assessment he was displaying calm behavior, did not come to the front of the kennel but interacts with the Assessor, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. Major Tom is displaying behavior appropriate for new or experienced cat parents. Reaction to assessor: does not come to front but looks at you, calm, relaxed When spoken quietly: does not come to front but looks at you, calm, relaxed Reaction to door cage opening: remains soft and relaxed Reaction to touch: allows petting and attention Try picking cat up: Major Tom remains calm and allows handling Placement Determination: Average
