LIONFISH – A1035352
5-15-2015 Brooklyn
**GONE 05/15/15** How many vets do you know, who cure a possible open pyometra with a lethal injection? “None” seems to be the answer across the board, unless we consider the response of ACC vets…..then, suddenly, lethal injection becomes the answer to everything. Lionfish is friendly, gorgeous, and has some vaginal discharge that needs to be treated with something other than a needle filled with death. This really nice cat needs a foster/adoptive home, tonight!

05/09/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPERIENCE
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Notes: Lionfish was brought to the care center as a stray so we don’t have any behavioral history or tendencies previous to was seeing during the evaluation. At the time of the assessment she was displaying fearful behavior; seeks some attention from the assessor but seemed apprehensive and remained neutral when the kennel was open. Using a steady slow approach with soft voices she relaxed a little and I was able to pet her and interact with her in a limited way. Although she was tense no fractious behavior was display. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents. Reaction to assessor: does not come to front but remains neutral (2) When spoken quietly: does not come to front but remains neutral (2) Reaction to door cage opening: remains neutral (2) Reaction to touch: allows petting but needs a slow approach (2) Try picking cat up: did not attempt Placement Determination: Experience
