*** SAFE 09/17/15*** LOVELY LILY WAS DUMPED BY AN OWNER WHO DID NOT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT TENDING TO HER NEEDS AND BLAMED HER FOR BEING DESTRUCTIVE – NOW LILY CAUGHT THE SHELTER COLD AND WILL DIE FOR IT!! LILY is a super sweet, playful and friendly kitty who is only 4 yrs old. Her owner claims she is destructive, yet there is no mention of him providing her with a scratch post, or taking her to the vet to find out why she will go outside her box. This sweet girl charmed the ACC staff very quickly. A volunteer writes: Lily is like a beautiful flower opening up for your attention. She will greet you, pawing for your attention. This quite sweet girl is petite with a little pretty face, adorable big green eyes which will make you heart melt. Enjoying your head rubs, squinting her eyes, waving her tail gently with contentment. Lily is hoping for a new home; she will brighten your home up with her wonderful personality.
Who should we believe – the owner or the cat? I say the cat. Owner was cutting down on her food to make her lose weight- she is ONLY 7.6 LBS which is NOT heavy for a 4 yr old cat. GIVE LILY A DEATH ROW PARDON AND A REAL HOME THIS TIME – CONTACT A RESCUE NOW TO SAVE THIS GREAT CAT!!
