Medical Summary Scanned negative M ~6 weeks QAR – severely dehydrated – 30mL LRS given. Both eyes glued shut with mucus, nostrils coated, breathing heavily. Eyes and face cleaned, TAB ointment applied. Vet dx URI/Conjunctivitis Kitten sways on feet, tends to lean to right, falls over easily. BG 113. Vet suggests possible cerebellar hypoplasia. Initial dose of Clavamox 0.18mL given.
