SCAN NEGATIVE INTACT FEMALE APPROX. 6 WEEKS OLD BCS = 3/9 MODERATELY DISTENDED ABDOMEN – BLADDER EASILY EXPRESSED LARGE AMOUNT OF FORMED STOOL PALPABLE UNSURE IF PATIENT IS ABLE TO USE BATHROOM ON OWN RHL IS PERMANENTLY EXTENDED AT THE LEVEL OF THE STIFLE AND RESTS BENEATH THE PATIENT WHEN SITTING. PATIENT DOES NOT APPEAR TO HAVE CONTROL OF IT. EITHER PREVIOUS FRACTURE THAT ALREADY HEALED OR CONGENITAL DEFORMITY. NO MUSCLE FORMATION (OR ATROPHY) IN THE ENTIRE LIMB. TAIL IS FORMED, SHORTER THAN USUAL AND CURLED IN PATIENT IS ABLE TO AMBULATE X 3 – HOPS ON LHL. ALL OTHER LIMBS ARE WNL DOES NOT SEEM PAINFUL NOSF EATING WELL ON OWN VACCINATED FRONTLINE APPLIED 0.18 ML PANACUR GIVEN PO 0.08 ML PONAZURIL GIVEN PO RECOMMEND PLACEMENT – LIKELY AMPUTATION WILL BE NECESSARY OF RHL. WOULD LIKE TO ENSURE THAT PATIENT IS ABLE TO URINATE AND DEFECATE NORMALLY AS WELL.
