***SAFE 05/12/15***TERRIFIC TUX IS PURRFECTLY HEALTHY AND NEEDS YOU! Sad sigh! Fab Fordham is a five year old neutered black and white angel who was obviously once somebody’s beloved pet. Fordham was found inside an apartment building but instead of the finder trying to locate the owner, he was dumped at the ACC. Fordham is healthy, neutered, friendly and affectionate—allowed petting and being carried. Fordham doesn’t even have a kitty sniffle and is totally adoptable yet is slated to become another sad ACC stat when tomorrow afternoon rolls around UNLESS….Can you be THE SOMEBODY in “somebody do something?” Please reserve Fordham online or contact a NH rescue for assistance with transportation directly to you. Fostering saves lives—have a spare bedroom, even a bathroom? Be Fordham’s rescue angel!!!

05/06/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPNOCHILD
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Fordham looks neutral in his cage when approached by the assessor. Reaction to door opening: Fordham was sitting upright by the front until the cage door opened. He then retreats to the back, alert with eyes wide open. Reaction to touch: Fordham rolls over in place and began to play swat at the assessor’s hand. He then allows the stroke, but becomes agitated with the touch and swatted at the hand. Placement determination: Experience / no child Fordham tolerates attention and petting but may be stressed in the shelter, and may be intimidated by small children. Due to the behaviors seen in the care center, we feel that this cat will do best in a calm, quiet home with experienced cat parents and without children.
