***SAFE 09/22/15*** UNPRECEDENTED THIRD CHANCE! AVERAGE rated FLOPS needs a FOSTER or ADOPTER! The sweet 4 year old was surrendered due to “personal problems”. So now FLOPS can only hope and wait for a new owner which may or may not come unless someone steps up! He’s only been around a cat. But NOT dogs or kids. He was fearful at first assessment but warmed up right quick! FLOPS accepted a stroke, purred and appreciated attention. He’s earned himself a terrific AVERAGE rating! So please, offer to FOSTER or ADOPT FLOPS!
