06/22/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – AVERAGE
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Notes: Flight was bought into the care center by her previous owner due to having to many pets. Flight at the time of the assessment was displaying timid behavior, did not come to the front of the kennel but interacts with the Assessor, appreciates attention, allows handling and tolerates all petting. Flight is displaying behavior appropriate for new or experienced cat parents. Reaction to assessor: does not come to front but looks at you calmy When spoken quietly: does not come to front but looks at you calmy Reaction to door cage opening: remains neutral Reaction to touch: allows petting and attention Try picking cat up: tolerant of this type of handling, nervous Placement Determination: Average 6/22 update: Felicia does not appear to be thriving in the kennel environment. When approached she is hiding, adn when uncovered she retreats with flattened ears and dilated pupils. She avoids contact and may hiss when pet. It is in Felicia’s best interest to move into a stable home environment as quickly as possible.
