O: Head Mouth – deciduous dentition, no lingual ulcers Ears – clean AU Eyes – clear OU Chest Heart – no murmurs or arrhythmias Lungs – clear bilaterally Trachea – NSF Skin Skin -WNL Hair – patch of alopecia on the base of the tail – woods lamp negative Lymph Nodes – WNL Abdomen – soft, non-painful, no masses palpated Musculoskeletal – BCS 5/9, amb x 4, no lameness noted Neurologic – no deficits noted, mentally appropriate Urogenital – male, intact A: alopecia – r/o: trauma vs. ringworm (woods lamp neg) vs. other otherwise apparently healthy ~4 week old male intact kitten Prognosis: excellent P: deworm with pyrantel flea treatment with frontline spray vaccinated for FVRCP
