ENZO – A1038774
6-19-2015 Brooklyn
*** SAFE 06/19/15 *** SENIOR BABY AND HER JUNIOR SIDEKICK ENZO HAD A HAPPY HOME ALONG WITH CHLOE ( A1038781 ) THEIR HOUSEMATE…..Sadly that fairy tale life came to an end when their owners moved and left them behind. BABY is the elder statesperson who has her own elder cat routine and takes in the world at her own pace….ENZO is the class clown who wants to interact with whoever is around…..dogs, cats, kids…and has great manners, covering up other cats leavings in the litter box….BOTH THESE CATS HAVE GREAT RATINGS AND ARE WONDERFUL FAMILY CATS. A volunteer writes: Enzo is a handsome, young tiger cat. Jack Hanna said “the most magnificent creature in the world is the tiger ” and this tiger cat is proof. He has a gorgeous face and an outgoing manner. Put this tiger in your tank; you’ll be glad you did. THEY DON’T DESERVE TO DIE TOMORROW!! PLEASE OFFER TO FOSTER OR ADOPT ONE OR BOTH TONITE!!

Basic Information Enzo is a 3 year old neutered gray tabby who came into ACC after his owner moved to a new residence and was unable to bring him and two fellow cats. Enzo was last at the vet a year ago, where he received all of his updated shots. He does not appear to have any health problems. Socializing Enzo has been around children, adults, dogs, and cats. He is relaxed and friendly with all others, often initiating play in a gentle way. He is know to attempt to ride the owner’s chihuahua as a form of play. Enzo particularly loves to play with his fellow cats, chasing and play fighting. Behavior Enzo does not have any behaviorial issues as reported by the owner. He has never bitten anyone. For A New Family to Know Enzo is described as a loving, friendly, playful, and affectionate cat. Enzo loves pets and attention, and will seek it often. One of his many ways of letting a person know he is in need of caressing is to hold their arm with his paw. Enzo is litter trained and has never went outside of his box. He primarily uses cornmeal litter in an uncovered box that is shared with the other cats. He is quite courteous to his fellow cats, and will cover their droppings for them. Enzo scratches on a vertical scratching post made of carpet. He has a large appetite, often waiting in anticipation for dinner time at 7:00PM. He eats both wet and dry food, preferring Fancy Feast and Purina. Enzo will struggle and cry when being put in a carrier, however, is tolerant of all other handlings. He loves to be cleaned with cat wipes as wel as being held. When at home with his owner, he will often stay by his owner’s side. He sleeps in bed with his owner. Enzo has high energy and loves to play. He will do well in a home where he can get lots of attention and pets, while giving him time to excersize. Behavior During Intake Enzo was fearful at first but warmed up to counselors immediately. He allowed all handling and welcomed petting.
