Medical Summary scan negative s: bright and eating, but has historical injury not painful right now drags hind end o: eating on own very well, great appetite, plain catfood lh leg appears to have possible proximal injury hind limbs dragged when walking, rh turned with paw upward lh also abnormal loss of muscling in hind end reflexes present in hind end, no pain on manipluation/palpation of limbs no signs of diarrhea/urine scald, no pain in abdomen flea infested coat wnl bcs wnl oral cavity, eyes, nose wnl a: fleas ddx limb, spinal injury, historical p: treated easily with capstar po rec xrays to diffentiate limb fracture vs spinal disease vs congenital defect no pain, no known difficulty eating/drinking/urinating/defecating at this time
