Cricket A1056848 – 9 month female Siamese
Scan : negative
Approx 9 mos
S/O: BARH, no eye/nasal d/c, mild flea dirt, dull hair coat. BCS 4/9. No dental disease. Resting horizontal nystagmus, fast-phase to the right. Mild intermittent very short duration head tremor. Mild ataxia, slight hypermetric gait w/ hind limbs. APP ++, attention seeking, very social.
A: Mild neurologic abnormalities, does not interfere w/ feeding or litter box activity. Ddx: infectious vs congential vs inflammatory/immune mediated cause. Would recommend infectious disease titers if placed with rescue, +/- consultation w/ neurologist. Mild deficits, is able to
P: Will inform NH, recommend placement with rescue group, no treatment indicated while at BACC, will continue to stay in medical to monitor for changes.
