**SAFE 06/17/15** BABBIT and CATSTELLO are two strikingly handsome dudes who were found in someone’s yard. That “someone” decided that these friendly, healthy, gorgeous boys must obviously be random stray cats, and took them right to the shelter. These boys are both a bit unnerved by the ACC, and that has played out as a New Hope rating in Catstello’s case. Babbit can be reserved on the ACC website, and both cats need someone to foster/adopt them tonight! Otherwise, those bright sweet faces will be peering out from the Gone album, shortly after lunchtime tomorrow. Please help them!
My name is CATSTELLO. My Animal ID # is A1039809.

06/15/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – NH ONLY
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Catsello was calm and relaxed upon approach. When softly spoken to, he looks at the assessor, blinks, and then leans his head on his blanket. Reaction to cage door opening: Catsello becomes stiff and alert. Reaction to touch: Catsello was a bit hesitant of touch, but leans onto the assessor’s hand after sniffing it. He allows brief touch, but stiffens up when the assessor initiates touch and swats at the hand, and then retreats. Behavior Determination: NH ONLY Catsello is displaying behaviors that preclude placement in the adoptions room and/or may require further investigation before placement in a home. He has tried to swat, scratch, and does not currently tolerate petting or handling. The behavior department feels that placement with a New Hope Partner is the best option at this time.
