BRANDY, COCO AND FANCY came into the ACC as strays…they are all friendly and have awesome AVERAGE ratings..they all get along together wonderfully and are only 4 months old!! 08/15/15 09:54 Brandy is a brown Tabby Domestic short hair kitten that was found wandering loose with 2 litter mates. Brandy allowed finder to pet and handle her with a loose body. Brandy gets along very well with litter mates and often engaged in play with them. Behavior during intake. Brandy was quiet during intake and when approached by counselor was relaxed. While being collared Brandy would purr and lift up her head into Counselors hand. Brandy allowed all handling with loose body.

Notes: Please note that Brandy is being treated for an upper respiratory infection at the time of the behavior assessment. This condition may affect some of the behaviors shown during evaluation. Brandy was brought to the care center as a stray so we don’t have any behavioral history or tendencies previous to what we seeing during the evaluation. At the time of the assessment he was displaying calm behavior, did not come to the front of the kennel but interacts with the Assessor, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. Bandy is displaying behavior appropriate for new or experienced cat parents. Reaction to assessor: does not come to front but looks at you, calm, relaxed When spoken quietly: does not come to front but looks at you, calm, relaxed Reaction to door cage opening: remains soft and relaxed Reaction to touch: allows petting and attention Try picking cat up: Brandy remained calm while being handled Placement Determination: Average
