***SAFE 11/09/15*** BATMAN is just 11 months old and already in the fight of his life! He’s scared in the shelter, though he does allow handling in a limited way. He’s also being treated for a URI which would make even a human a little cranky! He needs EXPERIENCED cat parents and the antibiotics should clear up his URI in no time! This LITTLE guy needs someone to FOSTER or ADOPT him! BATMAN needs YOU to be his ROBIN!

Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Please note that Batman is being treated for an upper respiratory infection at the time of the behavior assessment. This condition may affect some of the behaviors shown during evaluation. Reaction to assessor: Batman does not come to front but remains neutral When spoken quietly: Batman does not come to front but remains neutral Reaction to door cage opening: Batman remains motionless Reaction to touch: Batman tries to avoid being touched Try picking cat up: Batman is tolerant of this type of handling but tense. Behavior Determination: Experience At the time of the assessment Batman was displaying timid behavior; does not seek attention from the assessor and becomes alert when the kennel was open. Remains motionless as I started to get closer. I was able to pet him and interact with him in a limited way. I was also able to pick him up. Although he was tense no fractious behavior was display. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents.
